Choice of black, red, white or a blend of all three peppercorns in a grinder with lid.
- Black Kampot peppercorns have a strong yet delicate aroma. It is mildly spicy with light eucalyptus and mint flavours; the heat develops progressively in the mouth as you taste black Kampot peppercorns.
- White Kampot Peppercorns are a lovely cream colour with light grey undertones. White Kampot pepper is known for its fresh, clean, bright, complex flavour and low heat. White peppercorns are made by picking the barely ripened berries and removing the outer skin before drying.
- Red Kampot Peppercorns are loved for their hot but mildly sweet taste. Fully ripe and bright red when picked, the dried red Kampot peppercorns are burgundy-red with yellow hues and have a complex, lightly spicy aroma.
